I am no longer in practice as a therapist, cannot provide individual support, and do not have referrals for therapists. If you are dealing with childhood trauma or neglect, I encourage you to research therapists who specialize in this or at least include this in their practice. These are not quick fixes, and finding the right person is essential, so take your time. The therapist directories online are one place to start. My books Healing From Trauma and The Emotionally Absent Mother both have chapters on working with therapists. My self-help psychology blogs also provide some good information.
